Elstree, Reading
Complete refurbishment of an art block at a school in Reading, delivering a modern, energy-efficient mechanical services upgrade. The project included alterations to the incoming water mains, installation of a new mains booster set, and the integration of an air source heat pump to provide low-carbon heating.
Heating distribution was upgraded throughout, with underfloor heating installed at ground floor level and radiators serving the mezzanine areas to ensure consistent comfort. The scheme also incorporated an unvented hot water cylinder, alongside full mechanical installations for two new kitchens and a fully compliant disabled toilet.
The result is a future-ready educational space with improved efficiency, comfort, and reliability.
Mayfair, London
Complete refurbishment of an art studio in Mayfair, incorporating the installation of a new rising main throughout the building. The works included the fit-out of three toilets, two kitchenettes, adaptations to existing soil pipework, and the installation of unvented water heaters to deliver reliable hot water throughout the space.

Full plumbing & heating refurb
We stripped out outdated pipework throughout the property and installed a modern, efficient plumbing system. The upgrade included fitting a new hot water cylinder and integrating underfloor heating for improved comfort and energy efficiency.
Sandown Road, Sandwich
Extension plumbing & heating install
As part of this home extension, we completed a full plumbing and heating installation to support the new space. The project included laying underfloor heating throughout the extension, installing a high-efficiency boiler, and completing all plumbing for a brand-new kitchen.

Water supply renewal
After receiving an unusually high water bill, the homeowner contacted us to investigate. We confirmed a leak on the main water supply line. Using a impact mole, we were able to renew the water supply with minimal disruption.
